These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Mega Investment Cooperative Society Limited Digital Platform and participation in all cooperative programmes operated by the Society through its approved digital platforms, physical offices, approved representatives or any other lawful channel approved by the Management Committee.
These Terms apply to all persons who register, create an account, access the Digital Platform or participate in any approved cooperative programme of the Society, including the Mega Investment Cooperative Empowerment Programme (MICEP), Mega Savings and such other cooperative programmes as may be introduced by the Society from time to time.
By registering, creating an account, making any payment, accessing the Digital Platform or participating in any programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by:
Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Registered Bye-laws of the Society, the Registered Bye-laws shall prevail.

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the digital services and cooperative programmes operated by Mega Investment Cooperative Society Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Society").
These Terms apply to all users of the Society's Digital Platform, including participants in the Mega Investment Cooperative Empowerment Programme (MICEP), Mega Savings, and such other cooperative programmes as may be approved by the Society from time to time.
By creating an account, registering for any programme, making any payment, accessing the Digital Platform or participating in any cooperative programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Registered Bye-laws of the Society, the applicable Operational Guidelines and all lawful policies issued by the Society.
The Society operates voluntary thrift, savings, empowerment, welfare and other approved cooperative programmes through its Digital Platform. Participation in any programme is voluntary and shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions, the Registered Bye-laws and the applicable Operational Guidelines.
Programme benefits, incentives, rewards or empowerment support are cooperative benefits approved by the Society and shall not be construed as investment returns, guaranteed profits or fixed financial returns.
Persons admitted through the Society's approved admission process shall participate either as Provisional Members or Ordinary Members in accordance with the Registered Bye-laws.
Provisional Members may participate in approved cooperative programmes but shall not exercise voting rights, contest for elective office or participate in the governance of the Society until the prescribed membership requirements have been fulfilled.
Ordinary Members shall enjoy all rights, privileges and responsibilities provided under the Registered Bye-laws.
The Society may provide programme benefits, incentives, rewards, empowerment support or other cooperative benefits in accordance with the applicable Operational Guidelines.
Programme benefits are subject to programme eligibility, compliance with programme requirements, operational sustainability and the financial capacity of the Society. Participation in any programme does not create an automatic entitlement to any specific reward except as approved under the applicable programme.
The Society may from time to time provide food packs, welfare support, seasonal gifts or other approved cooperative incentives as part of its welfare and empowerment programmes.
Such incentives are goodwill cooperative benefits and shall not constitute contractual rights. The nature, quantity, quality and timing of such incentives shall be determined by the Society.
Participants shall comply with the contribution schedule, programme requirements and Operational Guidelines applicable to each programme.
Registration, onboarding, processing, clearance, delivery or other approved administrative fees may apply where prescribed by the Society.
Failure to comply with programme requirements may result in suspension of programme benefits, disqualification from a programme or such other administrative action as provided under the Registered Bye-laws or Operational Guidelines.
Requests for cancellation or withdrawal from any programme shall be considered in accordance with the applicable Operational Guidelines in force at the time of the request.
Where administrative charges, processing fees or other approved deductions apply, such charges shall be determined in accordance with the applicable Operational Guidelines.
The Society may administer its programmes through websites, member dashboards, mobile applications, electronic systems, automated services, artificial intelligence technologies and any other approved digital platforms.
Electronic receipts, account statements, notifications, electronic communications and other records generated through the Society's approved Digital Platform shall constitute valid records of the Society.
The Society reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate participation where a Participant provides false information, engages in fraud, violates these Terms and Conditions, breaches the Operational Guidelines or acts in a manner prejudicial to the Society.
Such action shall not prejudice the Society's right to recover any monies, benefits or property improperly obtained.
By registering, creating an account, making any payment or using the Society's Digital Platform, every Participant confirms that he or she has read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions, the Registered Bye-laws and the applicable Operational Guidelines governing the relevant programme.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Where the Society offers loan services, all loan applications shall be subject to the applicable eligibility requirements, loan policies and Operational Guidelines.
Submission of a loan application does not guarantee approval. Loan approval shall remain subject to qualification requirements, availability of funds and approval by the Society.
